Part-Time Small Business Consultant:
Assist VP of Business affairs in client follow ups
Work with Lead Business Consultant in project management and execution
Provide constant technical support to potential and existing small businesses
Business Case management: recognizing that financial and emotional stress are closely intertwined. It is the managing of a collection of information that relates to a particular entity: It is the recording, monitoring, and analysis of the data and procedures that pertain to that case.
Qualifications:
• Bachelor’s or associate degree in finance, business administration or related field OR minimum of 3 years’ experience working within business administration.
• Must be bilingual in English and Spanish.
• Proven experience in successfully managing teams, including the ability to set and achieve individual as well as departmental goals. • Demonstrated ability to work effectively in teams and create effective and engaged cross-team alignments.
Case Management Responsibilities:
• Submit proper documentation for potential and establish small business clients, such as renewals of permits and licenses.
• Monitor and analyze of the data and procedures discussed during the business consultation.
• Create notes in our database.
• Assistance in applying for loans, grants or other business-related matters. • Linking small businesses with existing resources
• Providing resources for business startups and the local entrepreneurial ecosystem.
• Assisting in the proper education and training of our entrepreneurs.
• Managing constant communication with clients.
• Assisting in workshop operations and presentation.
BENEFITS & PAY:
$23-24 an hour
